Can't install 2010 upgrade. Haven't found the topic on the forum. Error is installer has insufficient privileges to access directory C:\program files\common files\bit defender\bit defender update service

Fixed this issue. Caused by incomplete uninstall of prior version. Used the bitdefender_uninstall_tool.
