Unable To Remove Trojan.agent.ad

hi ...


i have found trojan.agent.ad spyware in my flash drive ... i need help to remove this spyware ... this is showing 2 files names RECYCLER and autorun... whenever i try to delete them they get deleted but again they come there ... dont know wt to do ... plzzz help ...

    Boot your pc into safe. By just rebooting your pc but press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode press enter. Now log in to your account.


    When you are your flash drive go to tools,folder options,display,check show hidden files and folders and confirm. Delete the files again. After you done that follow these instructions

    i have tried to start my PC in safe mode ... but my system is not allowing me to start in safe mode ... whenever i select SAFE MODE and click enter ... it again reboot and again the same sceen comes ... dont know why this is happening ... what shall i do ????

    My name is Niels but no big deal.


    Try this boot your pc into normal mode go to start,run,type services.msc press enter now search for the print spooler service double click on it choose by startup type for manual confirm by pressing on apply and ok. TRy again to go into safe mode.

    I would appreciate your help.. I've got the same problem as Sunny. I have BD Internet security v10 installed and updated at home. I picked up this evil little virus from campus. I does not look like BD can do the job. Any recommendations other than those you already mentioned to get rid of Trojan.Agent.Ad? Thank you very much.
