Any way to remove gerneric.peed.eml from system. Disinfection FAILED ..move failed?

Hello howardrf

You only have to clear your temporary internet files you can do this with ccleaner

Install it but don't forget to uncheck yahoo toolbar during installation reboot your pc. But press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode press enter to confirm. Log in with your are account start ccleaner and use run cleaner. After that go to start,my computer,double click on the icon of your hard disc,Documents and Settings,Howard go to tools,folder options,display check view/show hidden files and folders confirm by pressing on apply and ok. Now you will see a folder called Local settings now navigate further to emporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ delete only the content. Reboot your pc again.
