Hi,

each time when I open it comes up that Bit Defender has blocked this Virus:

Generic.Peed.Eml

and each file has a diffrent code as like: ED339FD0

how I can remove it?

Can you please post the location where Generic.Peed.Eml is found? To know the location open BitDefender go to general,events,double click on the entry where you can find scan finished press on more info and copy the scan report and paste it in your next reply. To do that press on ctrl+a (press the control button together with the letter A on your keyboard) after that press on ctrl+c when you are making your reply press on ctrl+v).

here I send you one of the virus is has been found in:

File c:\docume~1\gaby\locals~1\temp\im\msg84.tmp

infected with Generic.Peed.Eml.2A836F62

I clean the temporary folder every day..

That is good but BitDefender realtime protection blocks msg84.tmp.

Reboot your pc and press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode press enter. Log in with your account clear your temp folders again.
