Yesterday, BD was scanning, and it looked as if it had stopped, so I checked to see if it finished. It had a rootkit warning and when I clicked for more info, BD came up with an error, which I sent in with a note to please contact.
Then I shut down the computer, brought it up and did an online scan (even tho' BD looked fine and no quarantine, also no log).
The online scan said the computer was clear. Then I did a deep system scan, and that came up clear.
Is the computer clean or not? How do I tell?
