[duplicate] Other Microsoft Updates And Weak Password

Hi and sorry if this has already been covered. I'm looking for a way to disable "other microsoft updates" and "weak password" in fix all issues. I don't want to change the password and I don't want to install non-critical microsoft updates.

I'm using Windows Vista 64 and Bitdefender Internet Security 2010.
