Just installed bitdefenders 2010 on 2 week old dell pc...i researched and from the reviews i concluded bd was the best product for parental controls. However, since i downloaded the free trial i have not been able to print off the internet. i can print from other programs fine and was able to print off the internet prior to downloading...any suggestions, so far the rest of the product works great and i would like to keep it
