Bitdefender Antivirus 2010

When I first log onto windows I keep getting a security message from Windows saying that my anti virus and Malware are not working but I have installed antivirus 2010. Does anybody know how to solve this problem. I have Tried to send a Support tool message to the Bit defender support team but the Support tool will not work.

  • Yes I am fully updated but I still keep getting Security messages from Windows saying that my Anti-virus and Malware are not working. I have tried to contact Bitdefender through the support tool but support tool does not work. It just freezes when it comes to getting my system info to send to the support team.
