May i know why does WLM Crashes Randomly even when all the bdis Components are off ?

Hello RIP,

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue you are currently facing:

1. Double click on the BitDefender's icon to open the Security Center.

2. Go to "Settings" - > choose "Expert Mode".

3. Go to 'Antivirus' tab.

4. Click on 'Custom Level' button

5. Uncheck the following boxes:

- scan http traffic

- scan incoming e-mail

- scan outgoing e-mail

- scan Yahoo Messenger traffic

- scan Windows Live Messenger traffic

6. Close BitDefender and test to see if the issue still persist.

delete imguimsn.dll in windows safe mode then it works till restart...

bitdefender will never make this work again... enjoy your not working WLM..
