Installed your product @ 2:00AM today. It is now 11:28AM. my computer is completely locked up. Reboot does nothing except welcome screen / shut down.
Can't get any information regarding order number or activation code as I cannot get into my computer.
Where do I go from here. No phone support. Stand to lose much valuable data, fairly large amount of money [Lost clients]. Can't understand how you can welcome me to spend money for your product, and then abandon me.
I will effectively not be "In business" Monday. And with the loss in orders, documents, and extremely important e-mails, I'm sunk.
What is your suggestion? I need help immediately!
