I Have Trojan.downloader.winfixer.o, And It Wont Go Away

I have ran multiple scans to try to get rid of it, but I seems that it cannot be moved or disinfected. I could use some help here.

Can you please post your scan report? Start BitDefender go to general,events,all,double click on scan finished,more info and copy the result in your next post.
