Confirmation Email

I have registered my bitdefender product, but I never receive a confirmation email when I attempt to activate the product.

    We are very sorry for the late response. Your BitDefender online account is now active. If you are still receiving the pop up message to confirm your account please let us know.


    Please also make sure that you have typed your email address correctly. In order check this please open BitDefender -> go to Settings from the top right corner -> Switch UI to Expert Mode -> click Apply and then OK. Go to the Registration module from the left part and verify your email address from Registration Information.
