i use xp 32 bit as well as windows 07 32 bit and i use bitdefender total security 2010 i dont have internet connection how can i update my antivrus defination update offline thanks

To manually update your BitDefender,you need to follow this link:

http://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/Deskt...ts-Updates.html

and download the file corresponding to your BitDefender product.

The manual update signatures are updated once a week (every Friday).
