Blue Screen Error After Installation Of Bitdefender Internet Security 2010

I have purchased Bit defender internet security 2010 & installed on my laptop having Windows Xp with SP2. After installation, I got blue screen error again & again. Please provide me solution as soon as possible as I am very disturbed . Bit defender is creating problem for me.

I have tried to upload dmp file on sendspace.com but there uploading is closed. So I am sending you this link. please check & review & provide me feedback as soon as possible.

Regarding your issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Please download this file and extract it;

2. Restart the computer in SAFE MODE:

- Restart the computer;

- Press the F8 key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load;

you need to press F8 until you will be displayed a text menu;

- Select SAFE MODE in the text menu and press Enter

- Wait while Windows loads in Safe Mode; this process ends with a

confirmation message; click OK to acknowledge.

3. Double-click on bdselfpr_IS.reg and choose Yes when Windows will ask you if you want to add the information to the Windows registry and then select OK after the information is added.

4. Please restart the computer in Normal mode and check if the issue still occurs.
