Rescue Disk

Can not make a rescue disk because my disk drives no longer work, or show up in the "My computer page" Can not give Bit Defender my SN because the computer is screwed up. all I want to do is get some important files off the computer, then I will restore to factory setting and GET RID OF BIT DEFENDER. I had over 49,000 files messed up by your great protection..
