hi, does anyone know how to recover the password users can set on bitdefender? i recently changed mine and completely forgot it, i really need help on this! thanks

    I'm afraid only BD's people could help you, provided that you will be able to prove them your identity first, of course, that is not obvious.


    When I got trouble on different software in the past, I checked my different old passwords, remembrances to find the fit.

    @litelight: please tell me what BitDefender product are you using. Then check the Build of the software.


    Last but not least please specify what password are you referring to as you can set few passwords within BitDefender Security Center.
