[solved] Do I Have The Newest Build ?

This may seem to be a question that should answer itself, but I just want to make sure that "if I am current with updates, do I then have the "latest" build ?

To check your build number, right click on the BitDefender tray icon and select About. You will see there the complete BitDefender version.
