Bitdefender 2010 Not Turning On?
Every time I start my computer it tells me in a warning that bitdefender is turned off, and even when I click on 'turn on' on Windows security, it still doesn't work! According to Bitdefender everything is working and my system is being protected, but Windows does not recognise this! Also, firefox is saying that Bitdefender is not compatible with Firefox. Can anyone help?

Please follow the steps below and let me know if the issue still occur:
IMPORTANT: make sure you have BitDefender in EXPERT mode therefore try to update as explained below:
1. Double click on the BitDefender's icon to open the Security Center.
2. Switch to 'Expert Mode' from the 'Settings' button.
3. Go to the Update tab.
4. Click on 'Update Now' button

On Windows, press the Print Screen or Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard, found at the upper right of the keyboard. This key will capture the entire screen. Open up your paint program -click on "Start-> All Programs-> Accessories->
Paint".
In the paint program, select File/New, then Edit/Paste then save the file as JPG and attach it to this topic.
Last but not least please right click on the BitDefender icon next to the computer's clock and select 'About'. Make a screenshot of that window and attach it in here.
