    Hi ashraf101,


    Be patient, BD help dek will contact you soon I guess to fix the problem (since 2010 version we can't do it on our own as we can see in old messages, it was possible with 2008 version).


    I learned pretty soon to input my numerous password, codes... in an index notebook :rolleyes:
