my bitdefender quick scan v 9.9.2 does not scan ivireg.ivr. What is this file? Is this file a virus? Should I delete this file?

Please give more details about your issue. Where is the file located, to which application it belongs to, what do you mean ”quickscan doesn't scan it”, what errors/alerts are shown (if any) and any other details relevant to this matter.

the file is in C:\windows\system32
The error is as 'could not be scanned'

Please attach a QuickScan report.
EDIT: Also, make sure you have the latest version of BitDefender QuickScan. As far as I can see, you are running 0.9.9.22 and the last version I have installed is 0.9.9.30. Update QuickScan, try again and, if the problem persists, post the scan report.
