No Way To Stop The System Scan... ?!
Hi!
I have this icon telling me there is an issue menacing the security of my PC but, when I try to fix the issue, a window appears telling me that there is already an activity running. This window appears often when I'm not even trying to fix something and it is really annoying! Also, I'm not able to start a system scan because of that.
I right-clicked on the icon and selected "show", after "antivirus" and then "virus scan". In the list I saw that there was a System Scan running, but it is running infinitely! I don't know how to stop it... I tried to select the "schedules" button when you right-click on the list, but nothing would open. Does someone know how to stop the system scan ???
My only option left is to completely uninstall BitDefender and reinstall it, but I don't think I have the CD anymore, so it's king of complicated...
I've put the problematic windows in attachement so that my problem is more understandable.
