Bit Defender Restart Loop

I Download bit defender total 2010 to my computer. I installed it did everything correctly then it asked if i would like to restart my comp and i said yes closed all programs and it just starts up and at the windows logon screen and then crashes.

This has happened before only solution i could come up with was to reinstall xp.

if any of you fix this problem plz let me know.

computer stats(basic):

6 gb mem

1 tb HD

Do you have the same restart loop issue on all computers ? Do you have any other security solutions installed ? I strongly recommend you to remove them all before re-installing BitDefender. What XP Service Pack do you have ? Uninstall BitDefender using THIS tool then restart the computer. Next follow the steps below and send me a PM after you have uploaded the results HERE:

1. Download THIS file;

2. Locate and open 'Sysdump.exe'

3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take a several minutes therefore please wait until the window disappear by itself.

4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'.

5. Upload the .tar file then send me the PM with the download link.
