Error Installing Bd 2010 (x64) Total Security From Your Site Today

Hi,


I just downloaded and early in the process of installing BD total security x64 for windows 7 today, I get this error - "an error occurred in creating folder c:\program files\bitdefender\bitdefender2010/nag/expired"


Does anyone know why this is happening or how to remove an old BD folder? I don't even think this folder existed, but I can't not complete the install at this point.

    Hello,


    Please complete the following steps and send me the logs generated at the end of these steps as listed below:


    1. Download THIS tool


    2. Locate and open Sysdump.exe


    3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take several minutes therefore please wait until the window disappear by itself.


    4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'


    When you have the logs please upload them HERE and send me a PM (Private Message) with the download link so we can further investigate.
