Chat Assistance Unreachable For 3 Days

Hello, each time I click on the chat button to get assistance I come back to "my account" page. Is it closed for some days, is-it the same for you ??

    Please note that you need to be logged into My Account before trying to use the Live Assistance. What Internet browser are you using ? Try to login by clicking on the 'My Account' link above and then click on 'Live Assistance' or use THIS link only after you are logged into your account.
