Hi Mnfear,
How often do you receive this message ? When exactly ? Can you reproduce the issue ? Please tell me if the issue is resolved upon restarting the PC or double click on the BitDefender icon on the Desktop.
I have checked the logs you provided me with and noticed that BitDefender may have not been installed correctly as you have the 'Windows Live OneCare Safety' installed on your computer.
Please follow the steps below and send us the result:
a) Please go to this page
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx
and download the autoruns file.
Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;
c) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;
d) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;
e) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then just upload it HERE
Looking forward to your answer!

Hello,
I have noticed that you have the service for Windows Defender enabled at start-up. That is the reason why BitDefender crashes every time as it is in conflict with the Real Time Protection module from Windows Defender. Follow the steps below and let me know if the issue was resolved.
1. Click on Start menu button then go to Run
2. Type services.msc and click on OK
3. Search in the list for the entry Windows Defender (WindDefender) and double click on it;
4. Select the Startup type to Disabled;
5. Click on OK then close the Services window
6. Restart the PC and then repair BitDefender as explained below.
- Click on the START menu button
- Go to All Programs -> BitDefender 2010 -> Repair or Remove
- Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer each time you are requested to.
- Test to see if the issue still replicates.
Looking forward to your answer!
