Copy Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 To Another Pc

I have the license for 2 pc's, how do I copy and install to my other pc?......I have tried, [copied on to a memory stick to transfer] one of the data files wouldn't copy and where do I find the installation file? I would appreciate a step by step help with this.
