So I turn on the computer this morning and it says my key is invalid. I have done beta testing for the last 3 years for BD. I recieved the key for doing the beta testing. I just completed doing the 2011 testing as well. NOw my 2010 key is completely invalid. WHat can I do now? I had quite a lot of time left on the key, now I don't have any protection. I can't seem to send a support request through BD tech support on their website because it says invalid key and won't let me submit without a key in the appropriate space. Can anyone help me?
