I received the following in a report after running a deep scan:

C:\AOL Instant Messenger\AIM.exe=>wise0090=>wise0008 Detected: Adware.AWS.A

C:\AOL Instant Messenger\AIM.exe=>wise0090=>wise0008 Disinfection failed

C:\AOL Instant Messenger\AIM.exe=>wise0090=>wise0008 Move failed

What do I do now? Please email me with any help you can provide. This is on a Dell desktop running Windows XP SP2 that is up to date. Thanks

That is because there is a toolbar included in the installer. BitDefender or any other antivirus can't remove an infection inside an installer and rebuild the installer afterwards. If you wanted to remove delete the installer.
