I am running the 64 bit version of Windows 7 with 32 bit Internet Explorer 8. I have tried to run the online scanner several times running IE 8 with administrator privileges. The engine will download quickly. The virus signatures will start to download slowly. At a certain point, the download just quits (the highest I have gotten is 56%). I have tried removing and reinstalling the program.
I have tried the download with my antivirus (Avira), firewall (PC Tools) and Threatfire all disabled.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be going on?
