[solved]bitdefender License Key Recovery
I am a PC tech and I need to reinstall BD on a clients machine but they lost their key. I tried running Belarc to recovery keys but could not recover the one for BD is it in the registry or is there an app that I could use to recover the key?

If customer had BitDefender installed previously, then she must have created a BitDefender account. The license key can be recovered by going to: https://myaccount.bitdefender.com/0 -

They dont have access to the old email addresses because they switched ISPs.0 -
You can install a trial version of BitDefender 2011 (does not matter if it's the same product or not) and have the customer contact us at:
http://www.bitdefender.com/site/contact/
Customer can mention the following information:
-Full name
-Old email address
-An order ID if available
-Vendor name
Eventually you can send me the current email address via PM and I will contact them as soon as possible.
