Did you also tried booting your computer into safe mode ? By pressing several times on the f8 button before the windows load screen. Choose for safe mode and confirm by pressing on enter. Then go to start, run,at the run dialog box type cmd press enter. Type the follow command and press on enter after you typed them:

    %SystemDrive% (enter)

cd %ProgramFiles%Common FilesSoftwinBitDefender Scan Server (enter)

To disinfect the infected files type the command:

    bdc /files /boot /arc /mail /log=bdcscan.log /fixed /dis

To quarantine the infected files type the command:

    bdc /files /boot /arc /mail /log=bdcscan.log /fixed /move /moves

That was gladly done. Or you can also use linuxdefender. But that doesn't always work. Then you have to put in your installation disc of BitDefender and boot your pc with the cd-rom inside. But then the bootsequence must be set on cd-rom drive as first boot device.
