Am I correct to assume that I am able to 'upgrade' to a 'BitDefender 2010' software using my gamesafe 2008 license?

Yes, you will be able to upgrade BitDefender Internet Security 2010 using the same license key. If you wish to upgrade to BitDefender 2011, your license key will have to be replaced... if you wish to do so, please contact me via PM.
