Realtime Protection Crashes Pc On Shutdown
Niels was kindly helping me with the issue under the Title: "Shut Down Problem With Internet Security 2008"
(BD Internet Security 2008, Upgrade from BD AntivirusPlus v 10)
He helped me trace the shutdown problem to having the Realtime Protection enabled, but I've received no follow up response since Sep 3rd. From narrowing down the Windows Shutdown problem to the Realtime shield, I've been able to overcome it by un-enabling the realtime protection just before shutting down. Works everytime.
But this is obviously awkward and should be unnecessary, I need to resolve the issue as to WHY the shield is behaving in this manner.

I have the same problem with 2008 on Vista 32. Hope they fix it soon.
