Register Already Registered Product After Restart

I recently prurchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2008. Every time after a restart i need to go through the regsitering process again and again. I have tried reinstalling several times. Also after the re-regsitering process all settings scans etc. are as of a newly installed copy with having to re-fix many security issues over and over again. O/S Vista Home Premium 32 Bit on a ASUS G1. Please Help!!

I suggest that you use this uninstall tool. Reboot your pc afterwards. Install BitDefender again. If that fails you have to contact customer care. You can contact them here. Press on the image of the girl and select customer care.

Hi Niels,

Tried using the unstall tool. Still same thing after a re-boot Bitdefender again comes up as a trial version. I installed Bitdefender on two other computers using Windos XP without any problems. Problem is with my laptop using Vista Home premium. Btw contacted customer support several times and it's a total waste of time. Emails are not being replied and Live function doesn't work.
