Can not register



i am ricky. i have bought BD Internet Security 2009 version. but i am also facing the same problem. i am not able to register the product through internet. i have the product key, which i got inside the packet. but whenever i try to activate it by typing this key an error message is poping out in the screen and saying that the key can not be registered. i have mailed the customer support. but did not get any reply yet. can you suggest me what to do ?? or should i contact the vendor from whom i purchased the product ?
