Language Problems

Hi, I use Bitdefender antivirus V10, My problem is that if I use the help contact in the defender menu I get a reply in French. I always write in English and I always ask for the reply to be in English. What happens it comes back in French. My Geo IP is France, why don't the help line read the message. Is there any way I can set my defender to always recieve replies in English.

    Local support is in the language of the BitDefender version you bought or if there isn't local support it's in English. What you can do is using live chat if you write in English you will receive mails in English. You will find live chat here. Choose technical support. It could be that you have to change your country to all countries because otherwise BitDefender will reconnect you to your local support.
