I have emailed customer support and talked to them live 10 times! I have have major problems with bitdefender total security 2008. The scans won't work or anything. I talked to a rep for 2 hours and got nothing accomplished. They even made me download special software to send them info about what was going on. They said they would contact me back... never happened. I have done all of the proccesses to get it working. I have 2 viruses on my computer and they will not delete. I have cia backdoor and trojan anomaly. I never had these but once i installed total security 2008 the security wasn't working and I obtained these. I have been wasting these days that I bought the software and it is pathetic. I have talked to customer support so many times. They keep neglecting to help me or anything. I am really ###### off. Can i have manual tools to remove these 2 viruses and a way to actually get HELP from bitdefender. I work in retail and I have never seen such bad support in my life.
