Problems Buying Bitdefender On Website

But unfortunately the shopping cart comes up empty.


Can that be fixed please?

    Try refreshing the page by pressing the F5 button clear also your temporary internet files go to tools,internet options,delete/remove files,cookies check also offline files and confirm. Try reaching the website again.


    If that fails contact customer care. You can contact them here. Press on the icon of the lady and select customer care.

  • No luck. I just get the empty cart. Also tried with Firefox and also with computers at work, no luck there either.


    Holy Geez...only 128 characters to describe my question at that Request Live support form? The full address of the page is already 80 characters! Any sensible designer would have at least set the minimum to 255! :-)

    Here on the forum we can't do that much concerning site and license problems. So you have to contact customer service as you did. You could also say that you have problems while visiting the Dutch buy website they know that. You could also visited the Belgian/Dutch purchase page but I recommend that you now wait for a reply of customer care.
