Once I was warned on off topic reply by Technical Support Engineer and after some months he did kind favor to me and reset my warn level to zero, but even then I can't send PM to anyone.

Kindly see the attachment.

I want to know the reason(s) behind this blockade.

Hello ONT,

My best guess is that you have disabled your messenger. Please go here: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?act...rCP&CODE=04 and look for the option Disable your personal messenger? and change it's settings to No.
