Bdagent.exe Fail To Launch

Hi,

I have an error:

Error: C: \ Program Files \ BitDefender \ BitDefender 2010 \ bdagent.exe

The application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.

For more information, see the log of events of applications or use the tool command line sxstrace.exe.

I using windows 7 64 fresh install.

What should I do? Please assist.
