Rescue Cd Boot Loop

I am trying to make a rescue CD for a friends computer.

I downloaded the 2010 ISO file and burned it to CD with ImgBurn.

To test the CD I put it in the CD drive and booted my computer

I get the first screen and pick the default (English).

Get the next screen for the license agreement.

At this point no mater what I do my system reboots and then it repeats the above.

My system is:

1.80 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64

256 kilobyte primary memory cache

512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

64-bit ready

Not hyper-threaded

WDC WD800JB-00FMA0 [Hard drive] (80.03 GB) -- drive 0, s/n WD-WCAJ92849914, rev 13.03G13, SMART Status: Healthy

79.92 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity

49.13 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space

LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1H ATA Device [CD-ROM drive]

LITE-ON LTR-52327S ATA Device [CD-ROM drive]

2048 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory

Sorry, I don't know. I did not download from this site. I think I downloaded from one of the big freeware sites.

Is there any way I can get you version info from the CD?

The latest rescue CD version is based on XUbuntu as in the bellow picture.
