So let me get this straight: your bank asks you for BitDefender's Street address City State Zip Code??

If that is so I must ask someone about this because maybe you should provide different information depending on the country you reside.

What is your country and where did you try to bought the product (url address) and how did you do it?

I installed the trial version right from www.bitdefender.com. I am trying to purchase it online from the same site. I ordered it and choose the bank to bank transfer. I recieved a email with the information needed to complete the transaction. However when I go to my bank they tell me I need the address of Global Collect. I need the street, city, state and zipcode. That is all I need to complete the transfer
