Guidance In What I Should Do
I have a nasty lil bug in my system. I can't identify it up to this point... I am currently tryin to run bitdefender online scan to see if that can ID it. AVG has not been able to. I came home from work today and went to my control panel which was now replaced by "set program access..." So I have been able to restart in safemode and run AVG but yet still in Safe mode I am still presented with "operation canceled due restrictions in effect on this computer" I have tried to disable system restore as well but clicking on settings get the same message. I can't even adjust my date/time... Would reformat c: cure this problem cause man I hate these things. Please any feedback would be great. I will post results of the scan as soon as they are complete.
