Real Time Protection Disabled 2011 Internet Security

Hi,


Perhaps someone could help. I have just installed 2011 internet security and worked fine for a while but now it always says real time protection is disabled and fails when I try to fix it. Currently having to rely on windows defender until i can fix this.


Running a 64 bit windows 7 system.


Hopefully someone can help.

    May use other security software on your computer?


    If yes, please uninstall it and use only BitDefender.


    a complete success and suggest you uninstall BitDefender by using the tool below my signature. after restart pc, run CCleaner and run a scan of the registry. Remove traces of Bitdefender and then restart the PC. With PC clean, you can enter the download center (find the link under my signature) and download the latest version of Bitdefender build what you want.
