Bit Defender installs sockspy.dll into C:\Windows\system32\sockspy. dll
Roboform Pro, a ranked form filler, tech support says "sockspy.dll" is malware that is causing internal error messages when I try to edit Roborm entries, and that I should remove the dll.
The dll shows a 2004 creation date, which would seem to indicate that if it was malware, it shoulda done it's damage long ago?
Googleing the dll gives mixed responses re it's goodness or badness.
Anyone have knowledge on this?
Thanks,
Herb
