Canceling A Scan Makes Computer Unresponsive

If BD decides to start a scan and I cancel it the computer becomes very very sluggish. I can't pull up the internet anymore, and it takes 20-30 seconds for any programs to launch.

    I have received the logs you sent me and noticed that VSSERV is taking (at least when the logs were generated) more than the normal number of threads (about 75-85): 488 threads. I created a ticket on your behalf and sent you instructions on how to reinstall as you used the 2010 version and the upgrade to 2011 was not done correctly.
