I was running on V10 with no issues when my subscription expired. I renewed and got upgraded to AV 2008. Since then, I can not do multiple logon/logoffs without Windows Explorer crashing. When it starts to crash, it keeps crashing until it eventually locks up the system. Event log shows multiple event id 1000 entries:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.3156, faulting module heshell.dll, version 6.1.1.0, fault address 0x00015123.
I've attached the sysdump.tar and a screen shot of the error. The BDFileInfo.log and BDRegNode.reg wouldn't upload (not allowed).
First upgrade was in place of V10. When the errors kept occuring, I uninstalled it completely and did a fresh install. The issue did not improve. I can logon one or two times before the error occurs. I have to reboot to fix things and then it's ok for a couple more logon/logoffs. I am running Win XP SP2.
It seems like the crashes occur while my startup applications are attempting to come up (including BD).
