Bitdefender Not Responding

Just had a new hard drive installed. The technician loaded BitDefender 2011. However, it is not responding. Please help

    -Which BD product, Antivirus, Internet Security, Total Security?


    -What type/speed processor (CPU)?


    -how much memory (RAM)?


    Are any other security programs installed - antivirus, firewall, antimalware, etc.?
