Cant Delete Bd 2010

hi there, I upgraded to the 2011 BD but when trying to uninstall my 2010 version it says ..... Could not delete key \software\bitdefender total security 2010\13.0.21. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I made sure that i had admin rights.

Anyone have any ideas why i cant delete 2010?
