Overcompressed File Cannot Be Scanned By Bitdefender
Hi,
I'm running windows xp on my computer and the edition pro 2011 of bit defender. I recently had a scan in which there is an item in the file that couldn't be scanned because it is overcompressed. The details are as below. This is a powerpoint file with charts. My problem is every time I tried to open the file and work on it, the computer will become very slow response or hang. Can you please advise me what is the actual problem?
Thanks alot!
